Sachin, Sena and Being Indian First.

November 16, 2009 Leave a comment

Sachin I am "First Indian" statement irks the Bal Saheb Why ?

Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thakery is showing definite sign of his ageing mind and frustration of being out of power in Maharashtra for too long, by his remarks in Samna the mouth piece of Shiv Sena Ideology in Maharashtra.
Can we understand that with age, human mind tends to loose the capacity of taking right decisions and efficiently apply mind to issues that concern him and his people and what is good and what is bad.
Well this seems to be true in case of Bal Saheb Tahkrey the most controversial political leader of Maharashtra.  Bala Saheb has done more of damage to the Maratha Asmita than good in recent times.
The Senior Thakery is a failure when it comes to even keep his house united, his attitude gave  birth to opposition for himself from his own family,  and his nephew Raj another Thakre did his bit in Maharastra Elections to keep  Shiv Sena out of power, squaring his personal score with his uncle Bal Thakrey.
One does not grow by accusing, abusing, rejecting and spreading hate and disunity among people. But the growth comes by reasoning, encouraging, helping, inducing love and affection among the people.

We are Indians and each one of us in India wishes to remain Indian first, our regions are our heritage, add value to us, for becoming better Indians and better individuals.

The recent attack on Schin Tandulker the able and worthy son of India and a Mumbaikar is result of, frustration in the party Shiv Sena over power loss in the state.  By airing such attacks the Sena thinks it will get back the allieneated cadre and the voters in Maharastra.

Shiv Sena is losing the grip on the pulse of the people of Maharashtra, they are not devoting enough time on finding out what the people of Maharashtra want.

Can there be any among us, for whom being Indian is next to regional entity. What ever Sachin Said is truth any sensible and balanced minded Indian would say and feel like Sachin did.

By attacking Sachin the Sena is insulting  Indian Nation, the National Pride and the loyalty  of  a legendary  son of Indian Nation Sachin.

Sachin and the 100 core Indians who are proud to be Indian first, are hurt by the remarks of Bal Thakery.

This attack on Sachin is no less than act of undermining the Nationalistic Roots of we Indians.

An explanation should be called and Balsaheb should be summoned to explain why he is so Maratha and so Un Indian.

Sachin is not playing politics he has played for 20 hard years and given his 100% to make India and Indians proud.

Balasaheb do not give lessons to Sachin he is a simple Indian who has done his job as a good Indian. He is not  a politician, do not generate one out of him, by pushing him too hard, he may prove a greater compition for Shiv Sena and Sachin has potential to do greater harm to Sena than Raj’s MNS.

Sachin is role model for the young and old and a example of hard work, determination,  performance, and being a  good human being. Sachin deserves an apology   from Sena Chief.

The Shootout by Nidal Malik Hasan a Major in American Army has shone a spotlight on the small number of Muslims in the U.S. forces.

Official figures show that out of 1.4million service men and women, 3,572 are Muslims, under one per cent.

US Department of Defence numbers also show that out of that number, 1,164 are in the Army, which has more than half a million soldiers.

Minority: There are very few Muslim soldiers in the U.S. Army (file picture of American forces in action in Afghanistan this week)

Many Muslims are serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan and several have died on the battlefield. Among them was Kareem Rashad Sultan Khan who received a posthumous Purple Heart after being shot down in Iraq in August

2007. One serving Muslim, Sergeant Youseff Mandour moved to America from Morocco at 17 and joined the army five years later.

Now 25, he has just returned from 12 months in Iraq. He said: ‘I’m fighting for a better life and a belief in freedom,’ he said. ‘I appreciate everything this country has given to me.’

The average age of Muslim soldiers is 21. Most are married.

The American Muslim Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Council, based in Washington, DC said of the attack: ‘Islam holds the human soul in high esteem, and considers the attack against innocent human beings a grave sin. This is a criminal act that is best dealt with by the law enforcement community.’

Fort Hood Shootout, An unfortunate Act. Muslims Condemn.

Imam Syed Ahmed Ali (L-R), Chaplain Jason Palmer, and Chaplain Ira Houck sit together at the Islamic Community Center in Killeen, Texas November 7, 2009. The Chaplains paid a visit to the Imam to extend an invitation to the memorial service being held on Tuesday, for victims of a mass shooting. Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the Army psychiatrist who is suspected of killing 13 people during the mass shooting at the Fort Hood Army post, attended prayer services at the Islamic Community Center. REUTERS/Jessica Rinaldi (UNITED STATES MILITARY CRIME LAW RELIGION CONFLICT)

Major Nidal Mallik Hasan of Fort Hood Shootout which killed 12 American Army Personnels. In American Army's biggest army base.

Fort Hood Shootout involving Major Nidal Malik Hasan, who Was trying to justify his action in his mind,  I believe he was Wrong very Wrong. He killed fellow Army men for no fault of theirs. Islam condemns killing of innocent people. A terrorist is one who disturbs peace and kills mindlessly innocent people. And Nidal is no less than a mindless killer.  He may have his justification for his act but Islam forbids  and curbs  such acts.

Mr. Hasan a highly educated and respected officer of the American Army was under pressure due to passing remarks by fellow army men, on issues of 9/11 and his Islamic inclination, his origin of being an Arab and from Palestine. He must have experienced religious isolation and discrimination by few.
The Officer Hasan was of the opinion that the Muslims should have the right to Opt out of action when they are in combat with the Muslims. As he found  all the times the American army was in offensive engagement with the Muslims, weather it is in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq or in the Middle East. But all these observations do not in any manner justify his criminal action of taking law in to his hands and killing people in confines of a secured army base.
Islam teaches Peace, Patients, and Protection of the innocent people and property.

The people killed by him were innocient and had families and loved ones back home, Hasan did not have the right to put to pain the families and loved ones of these ill fated army personnels.

We need more Muslims in the  Forces as this is a good way of building confidence and to know the minds and educate the world armies about the peace loving nature of Islam and be loyal citizens to the nations we live in. The world knows Islam forbids killing of any innocent person.

All what happened could be in the spurt of the moment due to some sort of provocation which he could not control and lost patience. The loss of control and lossing of patience is unpardonable, and very sad.

Which is sad very sad.  It was expected of him to be calm and raise  issues if distubing in the manner he was trained to  with the authorities.  and restrain himself from  taking law in his own hands.

Restrain was the right arm for that moment.

This should be treated as one of the isolated incidents and this should not effect the fellow Muslim Personnel’s in the US army.

Muslims have too many problems they can’t afford one like this Islam does not approve such acts.

The Criminal who is mindless or driven by evil designs is not mindful of the damage he is doing to his faith, community, and, his own family and loved ones.

The whole incident needs to be condemended and lessons learnt from.

adil –This evening, at 11:15 p.m., the House of Representatives voted to pass their health insurance reform bill. Despite countless attempts over nearly a century, no chamber of Congress has ever before passed comprehensive health reform. This is history. But you and millions of your fellow Organizing for America supporters didn’t just witness history tonight — you helped make it. Each “yes” vote was a brave stand, backed up by countless hours of knocking on doors, outreach in town halls and town squares, millions of signatures, and hundreds of thousands of calls. You stood up. You spoke up. And you were heard. So this is a night to celebrate — but not to rest. Those who voted for reform deserve our thanks, and the next phase of this fight has already begun. The final Senate bill hasn’t even been released yet, but the insurance companies are already pressing hard for a filibuster to bury it. OFA has built a massive neighborhood-by-neighborhood operation to bring people’s voices to Congress, and tonight we saw the results. But the coming days will put our efforts to the ultimate test.

Tonight’s vote brought every American closer to the secure, affordable care we need. But it was also a watershed moment in how change is made.
Even after last year’s election, many insider lobbyists and partisan operatives really thought that the old formula of scare tactics, D.C. back-scratching and special-interest money would still be enough to block any idea they didn’t like. Now, they’re desperate. Because, tonight, you made it crystal clear: the old rules are changing — and the people will not be ignored.
In the final phases of last year’s election, I often reminded folks, “Don’t think for a minute that power concedes without a fight,” and it’s especially true today. But that’s okay — we’re not afraid of a fight. And as you continue to prove, when all of us work together, we have what it takes to win.

Wounds of Sikh Massacre of 1984 still wet. Justice is denied in 25 long years to the victims.

Sikh Questioned “Are we not Indians ?”
It is 25 years passed Since Mrs. Gandhi’s assassination by her own Sikh security men. 4000 Innocent Sikhs massacred by Hindu Mobs, and their families put to loss and pain, thousands of Sikh Families living with sufferings of the trauma of 1984.
Gandhi was assassinated by her own security personnel’s who were loyal and tested by Mrs. Gandhi herself .
She was reluctant to change them on advice of the security and intelligence agencies of the time.
Thousands participated in this the outburst of violence and targeted mass killings of Sikhs in the Capital of India New Delhi.
The wounds of the Minority Sikh community are still fresh the community is living with this fact of Indian Modern times.
The punishment of two terrorized, and self motivated individuals who killed Mrs. Gandhi to take revenge for disrespecting the Golden Temple and the Sikh sentiments by crusading the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
Army and Police forces combed the Temple with the terrorists led by late Bindernwala. Who also was killed in this combing action.

Sikhs who were considered as the strongest trusted and loyal soldiers and citizens of the Country were in one act rejected as the killers, traitors, and enemies of the Nation.

The stories of the families who had seen the loved ones children and women and the old and the young burnt, stabbed, and killed, are in thousands and the pain of these innocent people who were not responsible for the Killing of the Indira Gandhi  the  Prime Minister of India, were punished of no falt of their’s.

The irony is 4000 people killed and property damaged, thousands involved in killings and hundreds of the people knocked the doors of the Justice yet not a witness stood the test of time and none is punished for what was done to the Sikhs Community in India in 1984.

The Justice has not been done. All the killers escaped the gallows. With the fight for justice still continuing with hope to be treated fairly and the killers punished. Who the nation will blame for this continuing episode of pain and agony never ending of the thousands of Sikhs effected in the 1984.
