Veer a tribute to “Heros of freedom Stuggle”.

Salman Khan as Veer, in Veer

The Salman Khan’s  epic VEER, is by far among the biggest  and the  best, epics of all times, form Indian Cinema.  Veer is different for me, for its, display of how the British used the rajas and maharajas of the great Indian continent to better their own interests in India.

Veer also exposes the nexus between the few Rajas, Maharajas and British India Master. And how conveniently the Rajas,  accepted the pleasures extended by the British White masters, sharing of power with the British to  hold on  to their  pockets of Raj, to be called as Rajas and Maharajas. For them there fake pride and riches was more important than the aspirations of millions of Indians and the Praja in there region.

They become, major hurdle for freedom fighters in late 19th century to prevent the strengthening of British rule in India. Of many known I the history of Indian independence there were many individual brave warriors who gave life for the sake of the nation and its people who stood like iron wall to the evil conspiracies and policies of divide and rule, engineered by the British govt, and its crooked generals, and emissaries.

Though Veer is an imaginary character, written to be hero of this Epic movie, played by Huge, Indian Star of Bollywood screen, Salman Khan, supported by Mitun Chakrovarty, Zarinee Khan, Jackie Shroff and a battery of British stars.

This is story of a brave individual, Veer, who masters the tricks of the British political conspiracies, and tricks of divide and rule, and applies them on the hunched rajas and the British masters, to get back the pride and the land which was snatched by the tricky raja and the British from his father, to complete his takes revenge.  But as he grows and understands the depth of the conspiracy against the nation of India by these British

Veer’s vision and commitment broadens dramatically to in a wide canvas as National pride, now, Nation stands above self and region and  its people peoples limited issues, he stands and unites the people to fight for the nation setting aside the local and selfish issues.  He succeeds in his mission, and sacrifices his life for the unity and victory of the nation India.

This movie is pleasant journey of love, determination, courage, truthfulness, national pride.

Veer is a tribute to all those who fought the British and the system, for us to be attain freedom and allow us to breath in free air of liberty and respect for ever.  This Republic Day which salutes at the India gate our unsung heroes of independence.    I wish this Veer help in revival of National in us Indians.

The director Anil Sharma deserves full marks for his presentation.  Keeps the viewers satisfied, and always appreciating the size, magnamity, music, love, performance, technique, script, twists and turns throughout.   It is gentle, when needed, and it is harsh and aggressive on situations, but truthful.

With a bit of drama to satisfy the masses as it is a commercial venture.

The actors all have done just job. With a special mention to Mitun Chakravarty’s skills of acting, great screen presence of Zareen Khan.  Slaman Khan will be a happy man today, for doing his bit for the unity and pride of the nation India, and satisfying his fans with yet another masterpiece Veer.
