In Desire of Continuation of Sin, Denying Day of Judgment, they Perish.

Oh Allah, save us from the fire of Hell, and protect my deeds to make it haram on us. Oh Allah raise us with the righteous on the Day of Resurrection. Amin.

Most under the sky and on the earth, in heart of heart know and accept there is Creator to this whole universe and he is all-knowing and all-powerful, they also call him in hours of despair and most of them forget him in the times of comfort and worldly gains and pleasures.

How are we, as human beings going to account of this disparity in our approach towards our creator and sustainer. We know most in us forget that we all are born with a drop of an unclean, sperm, developing in a lump like a leach and progress in forms and proportion to as a human body with a soul as a male or as a female.

Who has protected us in the wombs of our mother, and who has fed us and allowed to us progress as an infant in to a full fledged human being,  with all senses, understanding of good and the bad, and  who gave power to read understand and reason on the creations of Allah in this world so perfect and so logical.  Providing us all what we need and all that we desire and all that we ask form Him. Yet, many in us, Men and Women, refuse to appreciate and accept and bow to him in all humility and ask for his guidance and help in all matter of our stay on the mortal and ending earth. Is Modi above Law, Has IPL Success costing us Values and Trasparency in Public Life ?

April 27, 2010 2 comments

IPL 2010 closing ceremony, the billion dollar are more brand IPL, was this empire build costing the Indian Nation its Vaues, and Trasparency pormoting Corruption in a game which is like a religion for its people.

This Country has proved it many a times the rich and the powerful have been taken to task and pulled and punished for breaking laws regularly.

Here the case was so many, so many very rich, very popular, very influential and very powerful joined hands  on a very challenging job of setting up IPL which they did and brought it to levels which India had not seen before.

But…But… they all forgot there are limits and checks and crosschecks and rules to be followed. In the rush to make big big money under the shield of IPL success they committed themselves to acts which they thought are manageable.

But destiny and People like Tahroor who was the odd man in the ring as he happed to be out spoken and broadly transparent in fact triggered the whole “Pot of Evils to leak and eventually break in to peaces spilling all the filth all over”One good man Tharoor, though he has allegation on his head was enough to trigger the fallout…  There is no comparison to Tharoor to Modi.

Tharoor went with grace and he will be winning elections and people will be with him and our great Modi even in disgrace is acting like a victor only time will teach him right lessons, just wait for the time to pass. Read more…

Obama’s Promise on Guantanamo Bay.

April 26, 2010 Leave a comment

(AFP) One hundred eighty-three detainees remain incarcerated in Guantanamo.

-By – Karen J. Greenberg, the executive director of the Center on Law and Security at the NYU School of Law, is the author of The Least Worst Place, Guantanamo’s First 100 Days, among other works.

His first day in office, President Barack Obama promised that he would close the Bush-era prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, “as soon as practicable” and “no later than one year from the date of this order.” The announcement was met with relief, even joy, by those, like me, who had opposed the very existence of Guantanamo on the grounds that it represented a legal black hole where the distinction between guilt and innocence had been obliterated, respect for the rule of law was mocked, and the rights of prisoners were dismissed out of hand. We should have known better.

By now, it’s painfully obvious that the rejoicing, like the president’s can-do optimism, was wildly premature. To the dismay of many, that year milestone passed, barely noticed, months ago. As yet there is no sign that the notorious eight-year-old detention facility is close to a shut down. Worse yet, there is evidence that, when it finally is closed, it will be replaced by two Guantanamos Read more…

Modi, faces a cahrge sheet of twent charges, leveled by BCCI on him. He is given 15 days time to reply.

IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi is suspended for six months from participating in the affairs of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the IPL, the Working Committee and any other committee of the BCCI.” During that period an interim committee will manage the IPL which includes Arun Jaitely, Rajiv Shukla and Ravi Shastri. So what lies ahead for Modi, who undoubtedly took Indian cricket to a whole new level.

Modi’s rise to the top rung of Indian cricket has been as fast as it has been stunning. Hailing from a rich business family, it was not until 2005, when he became the youngest vice-president of the BCCI, that Modi came into prominence. He soon became the driving force of the board’s commercial activities and pushed its revenues over the 1 billion US dollar mark. Read more…
